To get started your team must have at least 3 Team Leaders. Team Leaders have an essential role within the NGC global change movement.
- They work to mobilize a generation of new global citizens by organizing fellow Team Members.

They each lead a key area of support for your chosen Global Project - fundraising, advocacy, or community education.
- They commit to stay in regular communication with NGC to report both team challenges and successes.
What are the qualities of an effective Team Leader?
- Works to incorporate all members' ideas and opinions
- Sees strength in others - empathetic versus feeling sorry for people
- Possesses a passion to make right the global problems of today
- Ready to dream great dreams
- Leads through persuasiveness rather than force
- Committed to developing leadership in others
