Recruit Members
Recruitment is essential to overall team success. Team Leaders inevitably graduate and change.
The members you recruit now will learn from this year's experience to then become future Team Leaders.
When recruiting members it's important to consider
- Using Your Existing Network - Start by talking with your friends and people you know from your classes, club or other activities.
- Cultivating Interest - Ask people to get involved in small ways before expecting a big commitment - help hang posters, come by for one meeting, etc.
- Keeping It Manageable - Aim for 10 - 20 active members. A large team doesn't necessarily translate to a more successful team.
Tip:
Make sure all of your members are registered with NGC.
It's really the only way to keep them connected to other NGC teams, your Global Project, and NGC opportunities.
