that 300,000 teenagers just like us are being exploited in armies and rebel groups around the world?
WHO IS GOING TO PUT AN END TO THIS?
New Global Citizens represents a generation that is ABSOLUTELY TIRED of reading these headlines, seeing these images, and being told that there is nothing we can do about it.
We get out there EVERY DAY and EDUCATE our communities about issues, we ADVOCATE on behalf of locally led solutions, and we RAISE the resources to invest in sustainable change on a global scale.
WE WILL see the end to these challenges in our lifetime.
As the Dalai Lama once said, "Responsibility does not only lie with the leaders of our countries, it lies with each of us individually." SO what do we do as members of the largest, most diverse, and globally connected generation the world has ever seen?
