Our new address:New Global Citizens Entering the Building:Our office is located in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District, in the U.S. Bank building on the southeast corner of Mission Street at 22nd Street. Enter through the building's back parking lot, which is off of 22nd Street. Use the keypad to dial suite "502" and ask to be buzzed into the building. Take the elevator to the 5th floor and ask for New Global Citizens at the reception desk. If you arrive after regular business hours, you will need to arrange for someone to meet you in the downstairs lobby. By Car:From the East Bay: Take 80 West (Bay Bridge) to San Francisco. Take the 9th Street/Civic Center exit. Turn left onto Harrison Street. Turn right onto 9th Street. Take a left onto Mission Street. (Mission becomes Otis, and then changes back to Mission). Turn left onto 22nd Street. Enter building from 22nd Street. From Downtown SF: Take Mission St south. Mission will change into Otis St, and then back to Mission St. You'll reach 22nd & Mission in about 1 mile. From Peninsula/South Bay/SFO (US 101 North) From 101, take the Cesar Chavez St/Potrero Ave exit. Continue on Potrero Ave until you reach Cesar Chavez St (formerly Army St). Make a left onto Cesar Chavez. Turn right onto Mission St, and drive about 1/2 mile to 22nd street. From the North Bay:Take US 101 South across the Golden Gate Bridge, proceed to Downtown/Lombard Street exit. Turn right (south) on Divisadero. Turn left (east) onto Geary Blvd. Turn right (south) onto Gough St. Bear right (south) on Otis St, continue as this changes into Mission St. You'll reach 22nd & Mission in about one mile. Parking:Limited street parking is available, much of it is metered by the hour. The closest parking garage is at: New Mission Bartlett Garage Do not park in the lot attached to our office building; it is private parking for building tenants and you will be towed. By Public Transit:Within San Francisco: Our office is just 2 blocks north of the 24th Street Mission BART (510-465-2278) station. Many MUNI (415-673-6864) bus routes directly service the area, including the 12, 14 and 14L (from downtown SF) and 26, 48, 49, and 67 (from other points in the city). From the North Bay: take one of several Golden Gate Transit (923-2000) buses into San Francisco's Civic Center. Board any southbound (Milbrae/SFO/Daly City/Colma) BART at the Civic Center station and take to the 24th Street Mission stop. Walk two blocks north to 22nd St. From the South Bay: take Caltrain north to the Milbrae station, and transfer from Caltrain to BART. Board any northbound BART and take to the 24th Street Mission stop. Walk two blocks north to 22nd St. Visit Transit511 to plan your public transit trip. By Bicycle:The Mission District is a bike-friendly neighborhood. Valencia St, one block west of Mission St, has dedicated north and south bike lanes.
